I've more than likely missed a few...

Here's why I prefer TV over Movies:

A movie is approx. 1 Hour and 30 Mins to 2 Hours +
A TV show is either 30 Minutes to 1 Hour.

First movie comes out and IF there is a sequel, It could suck
1. Re praised Roles
2. Re praised Roles of a younger version movie from the first one?
-Example: Cruel Intentions and Cruel Intentions 2
3. Lengthy time before another 1 Hour and 30 Mins to 2 Hours + comes out with possible Re praised Roles.

TV Shows
1. No Repraised Roles unless they remade Episode 1 and make changes to who plays them. (Episode 00 is Pilot)
-Example: Charmed, Someone else played the role of Phoebe in Pilot Episode 00 and the same episode was re-created with the current Phoebe that played in all 8 Seasons.
2. Always the same length, either 30 mins (20 without commercials) to 1 hours (45 without commercials)
3. The following week is a 'New Episode' unless they have a temporary break which is common.
4. Approx. 13 to 24 Episodes per Season.

30 Mins * 13 Episodes = 390 Minutes / 60 Minutes = 6.5 Hours
60 Mins * 13 Episodes = 1800 Minutes / 60 Minutes = 13 Hours

30 Mins * 24 Episodes = 720 Minutes / 60 Minutes = 12 Hours
60 Mins * 24 Episodes = 1440 Minutes / 60 Minutes = 24 Hours

Not to mention per Season, Example:

Charmed: 8 Seasons, 178 Episodes = 178 Hours of Charmed, more than a movie; to make this a movie.

178 / 2 Years = 356 Years to complete, not to mention a lot re praised roles to keep the long...Nobody will be able to finish it, Lol?
