how do warez owners gets uploader/poster for their site?

hello KWWH users,

i was just trying to figure out: how do warez owners gets uploader/poster for their site?
certainly i am talking about free uploader not paid uploader.
if a site is new they will need poster who can post quality stuff on their site and also they are not able to pay all those uploader how do they manage the uploaders.
i need some clues from some warez site owners, and any one who knows about this.
please answer my little query.

on topic : if u have a big forum with lots of members , many money hungry uploaders will join ur site or else provide them some feature (rl , sborg , rdp) which attracts them .

confused, if you own a forum with about 10,000 or more members.

Serious uploaders/contributors will, as said before, use your site as a money making base. OR many uploaders will take a liking to the community on a certain forum, thus drawinggg them to contribute to gain reputation or just to help the forum stay alive.

but in short, getting this on your forum takes MUCH patience...
which is why more than not, warez forums close after a few months.
no one has patience these days, and Warez business is allll about the patience, BUT the waiting ways off in the end!
