SCC is the best tracker when it comes to pre-times. IPT is good, too, but in comparison to SCC it isn't that fast.

Who needs a Bulgarian one if it is a pain to access it?!

Yep! no other country can open that site...so its a not good site for others..
Currently me too using IPT, but i want SCC....
