    1. Buy a domain at name.com or namecheap.com (don't buy at godaddy.com)
    2. Choose a good shared hosting company and buy a monthly plan (I recommend knownsrv.com)
    3. Learn about wordpress or dle
    4. Install wordpress or dle
    5. Start posting

    Note: You should have basic knowledge of html, css and php
