filesize changes the hash. Use WinRAR and add a text file or a URL shortcut to your site or your own custom NFO or w/e to make it unique.

Just append a newline character to the file.
Start -> Run -> Type 'cmd', Press Enter -> Switch to the directory where your file exists and use:-

echo.>> YourFile.ext

Agreed it's simple and easy. No need to use any complicated methods.

If it isn't an archive add a few bytes to the end of the file, a load of tools for this exist, that'll change the hash.
