Transfer files from one server to another

Plz someone tell my is there any script or software through which we can upload files from one server to another Plzzzzz urgently needed. coz i have a new vps and i will transfer my files to that vps from my old shared host. w/out downloading and uploading of them.. please help

Use transloader by somik its a free source.....or go ftp.doamin.com in your rl get your backup there and then upload it to your new vps ftp simple

dude.. i dont want to download my files and upload.. coz i have a slow internet connection..

pack all files and transfer using rl,first check disable all plugns in rl and start downloading,afer that upload to ur vps using ftp.

lol if u have vps and cpanel in it,then just copy ur sared hosting acc to ur vps,if need help add me in yahoo.

tar,wget,untar? - SSH

scp yourbackup.tar.gz root@120.120.120.120:/home 

Change IP to your new servers IP, path to where you want to put the backup.
