Is there a risk of files that always deleted in FS and FSC?

Hello!! Is there a risk if I upload files in Fileserve or filesonic that get always deleted every day?

for example I upload a full movie file and then after a day my files got deleted and I upload a different movie again then after another day, that file is deleted again and so on.

Is my account in FS or FSC at risk to be closed? Pls. reply to those who experienced this issue already.. THanks

Don't upload the same files over and over again or else they might suspend you.

yes I don't upload same files over and over again, but my files got always deleted everyday, but all different files.. So is it ok?

I think that was the criteria of HF ... delete those accounts with multiple DMCA notices in one week.

But any of these hosts can delete your account for no other reason than uploading copyrighted materials.

Dude even if you don't upload it again, they can close your account because of copyright infringement. If you do upload it again and again, now the risk will be higher.

no I don't upload same content again and again, I upload different files but everyday I got always deleted files in my DMCA removed files folder. So is it risky? or should I upload other content to prevent closing my FS or FSC account?

There's always a risk of suspension when uploading copyrighted files as its against their TOS and you cant complain either. But usually they wont suspend your account unless you cheat or force them to take action.

I think what he means is that what if he uploads content made by the same company issuing the DMCA. Well if those companies single you out, they might put pressure on filehosts to terminate your account. At least that's what Fileserve did to me even though I never reupload DMCA'd files back to Fileserve again.
