    - Some really bad looking vBulletin skin with default logo.
    - Badly organized forum sections.

    I don't see what you spent a long time working on. Try working on these basic things before asking for a review.

    We just bought the domain yesterday.
    Installed the forums
    and set everything up.
    A lot configuring, We're in search of getting a theme and possibly a logo design than that can be our favicon as well. (Logo Contest...Hmm)

    It is a good idea for webhosting company to have a hosting discussion forum.
    it is a good step.
    now just work to make your forum unique linke the style, favicon, logo and others.
    also start with less number of forums and then increase it when you really need it.
