As you wanted feedback here is my honest feedback..
1. Your footer says "� Uploaddot 2011" so you need to use the html symbol or change the char type. (not very proffesional that you didnt even code your site correctly)
2. You havent even brought all the extensions you only brought ".com" so you dont seem to have sensible budget or though about the future.
3. "Up to 30GB Per file on uploads!" 5120MB is no where near 30GB (its aprox 5GB) and if the 30GB is only to premium members you should specify that in your post.
4. Naming and shaming competitors is not profesional
5. "Multiple 1Gbit/s servers on a Non-Leaseweb/Ovh type of cheap network" - Sorry to say but gogax.com Looks pretty cheap to me.... (especially with there buy 1 month, get one free!)
6. "2.50 USD For Every Premium Membership you bring us!" Where is the affiliate page which says this or are people just supposed to trust your post?
7. Assuming all of the above if you are charging $8 for 30 days and paying out $2.50 to the affilate, that means your gross income is $5.5 per sale, taking into consideration hardware costs and bandwidth costs how much money do you have behind you to fund UploadDot before it becomes self funding?

1: As stated, we are currently working on the design.
2: Why would we need to purchase all of the tld's? we only plan to run on one domain.
3: Have you even tried to login to the website and check the features out? i assume not as if you did login you would notice upload size limit is 30gb.
4: It is profesional indeed, businesses do this all the time.
5: Please do not come here with little knowledge about network quality.
6: We are still working on the design, We decided to first introduce Uploaddot here on KWWHunction.

Any more? Also these plans might sound funny to you guys, unless you understand our point here you could carry on supporting these monopolies untill they treat you guys like nothing once they come big.
