My365Host issues...

My365Host suspended my account for the following reason...

Your account has been suspended for querying mysql for too long.
Please fix this issue or you will need to upgrade.

Anyone can help?

edit: BTW I waited for a day for a support about the database error and finally my account has been suspended!!!

Yes they are reputable and thus is why your account was suspended so your web site / account does not effect other sites on the web server, Have you tried emailing them or contacting them here ?

How large is your site, How much traffic ?

my sites were affected too working fine now...

i thought of raising a ticket with them, but now its solved...

Speak to them regarding this, i am sure they will guide you...

I submitted a support ticket this morning with the database errors and waited all day for a reply...

Suddenly...they sent me that reply only and suspended my account.

EDIT: And i guess they suspended your account as it was affecting other clients sites...

As far as I understand no one knows what to do at this point

You probably need to upgrade to semi-dedicated or a VPS if you have a large database or many active users. My365 do not really overcrowd servers as it affects other user.
