What program do you use to Pick Caps

Need help on that ,

I have just realized that Mediaplayer Classic is a way much better than BsPlayer and GOMplayer. I used to pick caps with GOMplayer, but I see that it doesnt take the best quality from screens.

I need your advices .

Media player classic is great for taking screenshoots.I recomend it

thanks for the replies,
imagegrabber do not work with some High Definition videos, so -1 from me .
there must be a program which takes caps without losing any quality .
