First, there is no such module by default.
Anyway, if you are using the free one which shows all pages in 14 page then its the problem caused because of your news. You have 149602 news in your database.
There are too much news in the database to show up in 1 page.
Try changing server as you need a server with good memory.
Or edit the free module to show sitemap page by page too.

ask your hosting provider to increase your php memory ..
i guess it should be increased to 60mb..

i have not used html sitemap module on dle..
i would rather recommend u using xml sitemap , google easily goes through them and its supported by all major search engines also and i have no problems in using it for large database dle site..

actually google prefer html sitemap than xml sitemap...
