Country is Belize (unless the IP is spoofed, I think AltusHost spoofs it))

They have VPS at AltusHost;
2GB RAM - 320GB Space - AMD QUAD CORE

Currently they have a VPS at AltusHost and host their customers there, so you can test speed directly off of hostcitrus.com since its on the same server as customer sites - if they provide you a file
