DL4Everything.com Soft2050.inHmm!
I am not sure wether this method will work or not!
Never used ipboard
Anyway, do this:
Copy all the old forum id's from vbulletin.
Convert forum to ipboard in ur localhost or make backup first
Go to phpmyadmin and change the id's manually.
Maybe this should work up!
No idea about threadid! You may do so with all ur threads!

Like he said you can do a change through phpmyadmin
BUT TOPICS will show up in all the wrong forums since the forum_id is imbeded in the topic record.

I hope it helps
(BUT ALL YOUR LINKS WILL CHANGE AS THEY HAVE DIFFERENT LINKS )
MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR BACKUP BEFORE YOU DO IT

There are some files that will help you to keep old links. And having them to redirect to the new ones.
