    Default how anonymous are you?

say you are associated with any activity that is prohibited (under US law) (most particularly warez), can the username you use, email address, ip, website, domain, or any information you lay on the Internet be used to track your real identity?

when replying please state whether or not you are a US citizen.

Yes ofcource it can, unless you root all your traffic through a vpn provider who does not keep logs then you will always be trackable.

Oh and im not in the US.

I'm a US citizen but I'm currently living in a country where piracy is extremely common. Even cops buy pirated movies on the street.

Not a U.S. citzizen. Always anonymous. I route everything through a log-free VPN and keep changing IPs and countries. E-Mails are not encrypted but don't show identifiable IP in the header and the provider is in a country that has no legal agreements with the western world.

    Better safe than sorry.

why would I want to be anonymous??why would I go throw all that VPN and socks trouble??I mean if I'm hacking something I would try to be anonymous but I'm not. am I??
    I'm not anonymous at all.
BTW to be anonymous don't use VPNs and assuming that they are log free cause they are not.just root some machines(users and not servers) and tunnel your connection throw them. After you are done just clean them up.
I don't know but it used to be like that .
