How To Remove These Footer Links ?

I have just installed a new wordpress theme. But there are certain links in footer of every page. Whenever I tried to remove that my WP stops working by showing an error that YOU CAN'T REMOVE/ EDIT the friendly links.

I have tried using the WP pluggin TAC but that find to decypted link

So, please help me to know how to get rid of those links.

I have attached the Footer.php and Functon.php files so you can have an exact idea from where to remove the codes.

Whats the name of the theme? I could take a very very quick look .... but cant promise anything because I'm tired as hell lol.

Or if you could upload the whole theme here, like you did with the footer.php and function.php that would be better

You should remove the encoded thing in the functions.php,

There is nothing encoded in function.php. I have scanned it with TAC pluggin.

I tried, by removing the highlighted area but the same error comes ;(

Do not remove all highlight area, just remove some part, trial and error, you will fix the problem in no time.

Try removing the url and text and leave things like href=
