getting error while installing cpanel

i am getting an error while installing cpanel

is this VPS or Dedicated, if VPS what is your Virtualization platform.

it's a vps with openvz

if I'm not wrong this error appears after cpanel installation finished and its just a warning mostly on VPS (openz and Virttouzzo) loop device is turned off by default so just ignore it .
