[Help] Topics of a site

Hello, I need to know the ids of the topics that have been created in a particular forum. Is vbulletin.

For example:

In the forum: http://www.XXXX/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8 there ar more topics, i need to know the ids of all:

http://www.XXXX/forums/showthread.php?t=111727
http://www.XXXX/forums/showthread.php?t=104767

........

I not want to do it manual, i need to do it automatic, some ideas?
