The problem here is the owner seems to never give a shit and done nothing to get his service up again. He just left his client behind. Completely unethical and unprofessional.

As you can see he won't be coming back, so better start to investigate about the owner, Google out his name, email address, search for his username, etc, etc. He probably isn't so "anonymous".

Respected members aren't protected by us (staff). The thread was binned by myself as he was promoting his own website. I usually bin threads which involve promoting your own website, if it's a sales thread - I lock it. Just so you know we are discussing what we should do about Fuze and Benign (in the staff section).

I had quite a chuckle as I read some of the claims in this thread. Anyways, I am also feeling abused, as I am still owed 50% of what I was hired for.
All I can give you guys is his MSN contact, that is how I got a hold of him.

Nah, virtual goods such as Web Hosting, VPS's, and dedicated servers are impossible to card due to tons of fraud checks. And they're automatically suspended if the cc holder does a chargeback. I mean, you can easily card it if you have the right credit card and socks5, but you won't be able to renew it again.

Wouldn't say so to be honest, as the server worked for the past days, only thing that wasn't ok is that httpd wasn't running... I mean, he probably didn't make much profit from it to just let it go..
