    Default Users not able to edit there own posts

    In the forum(expl0its.org) reg users and even moderators can not edit their own threads

    Can any1 tell, what may b the problem i am facing and how to rectify it?

    Forum permissions most probably. Go to "Forum Permissions", and check for each usergroup its permissions.

    "Can Edit Own Posts" should be selected as "Yes".

    Nopes it is set to yes.

    they get an error similar to one which i get, (as admin ) while moving threads

    It could be that you're using an outdated style, test the post editing with the default vBulletin style. If that doesn't work, re-upload the postings.php file.
