I am looking to meet someone new. Or even someone I already know. I need someone with advanced knowledge of running a forum and web design.

The site I would like to uphold a partnership with it RagedNeighbors.com. I already have the site set-up on IPB. The site is for general forums. Just as the slogan state's, a forum about everything. I am looking for someone that is well respected and can be trusted.

If you are looking for money you can have it. Currently, I do not even have a verified paypal, alertpay, etc. If you would like to get a "VIP" usergroup going go ahead. I will take almost no profit for now. We just need to pay the host.
