HostFolks Port problem

Hello, i have a problem with my rapidleech server, i have a vps server bought at : hostfolks.com the site is online : www.superleech.info but i cant download file cause i get this error : could'nt connect to port 80, i checked the port, the port 80 is open... i dont know what to do, my CHMOD = 777 all is ok "or not " i use kloxo ^^

Only configs and files folders should be 777 others should be left untouched.

rhanks, btw i cant do wget command i dont know what is the problem
