Which one should i choose for dedicated server? (offshore )

Recently we have been kicked out by Netdirekt (about 3 months ago kicked by Worldstream)...... So now I am searching for providers (for only warez linking) from other countries ..... I have found some companies from Ukraine ,Lithuania and Poland (I know russia and HK are mostly used but they are bit costly).... I want to know if any of you have any experience with them
