I saw request pay out is green, but at my wmz is nothing . Is this normal ?

I have asked this question partially because I do not understand.
If you go to the "FAQ" you will see this (see pic.):

Does anyone knows how long since the last Download Links on freakshare.
I'm not a premium user I am just registered user.
30 Days or 120 Days ?
