(PAID) Looking for a Advert Banner - Various sizes

Hey.
I'm looking for a good banner designer.

When I was purchasing banner spots, I made a quick one.



I admit, it's not the best. It's quite plain and doesn't really show you anything.

So, I'm after someone that can design a few good banners for advertising my website for when I buy some more banner spots. I own a warez release blog - click my signature to view it and see what it's like if you need to know what sort of things to design.

Sizes needed are the 'normal banner' sizes - such as:

468px × 60px
100px x 100px
728px x 90px
200px x 200px
350px x 250px
120px x 600px (skyscraper type)
(Thanks to iMage for letting me know most of the sizes)

Or any other sizes that might not be listed above (but are a normal advert size) - Your the experts
Still Advert / Moving Advert (all considered).

What exactly will you make for $20 ?? All sizes mentioned above? most sizes? just one size?

I'm looking to spend around $30 MAX, as I need to put some cash aside for actually buying the banner adspots :-)
Obviously $20 for just one banner is a bit steep, and others artists are offering lower prices.
