Hi mate,

cpanel can be purchased for 13$ and I will provide semi-management with it (usually our vps's are unmanaged, but if you take cpanel, I can provide semi)

nulled cpanel isn't possible, the only version I saw was cpanel 9 which is really, really old. Let alone any security would definitely be a no go.

You shouldn't really use any nulled scripts if you want your clients/websites to stay secure and safe, that is the reason even KWWH doesnt allow hosts with nulled whmcs etc.
