Question about fileserve

hi all

fileserve recently just automatically withdrew money from my bank account without my knowing as it said it was automatically billed when i never set it up and was not informed it was when i bought a month last month ...

I have contacted the fileserve support about this but was wandering is the support usually co operative .....I have said to them they can remove the premium advantages from my account

It is activated by default when you buy something at Fileserve, they don't work with Checkout, but yes with Subscription. And it is a kindly impossible you haven't seen it, when you buy something that is 'Recurring', PayPal mail you informing this few seconds after your purchase.

Ps. they mail the email you use to log-in PayPal

What fine print? Are you blind? Did you miss the post I even made? Read it. Screenshots even. You are warned like 1000 times. It's right in your face! It's posted where you buy, TOS, email, and paypal account
