If u steal items sell then in black market do u pay tax?

Simple Reason = Uploading is fraud as long as u get money from uploading dont pay tax

dont u transfer funds to ur bank account from paypal or whatevere..cant the IT Dept track it when u will be regularly transferring to your bank account?

if ur total income is in tax slab, pay tax and be nice guy. file it as other income and bank statements as proofs for income. they are not going to ask u uploaded or blogged

Legally, if you fall in the Tax paying slab , you will have to pay the tax.
And Your getting the Money via Paypal--> RBI, hence it is White money.

that will be safe i guess...no doubt we r uploading and all which is not legal...but its coming as earning and IT can keep a check upon it
