    No it doesn't. I download it before as free user some weeks back and uploaders can FTP more than 400MB filesize to it. They just don't advertise about that though

    check the duckload thread otherwise i only know a german forum where they give support. also i got some connection to them.a new partner panel is coming soon i think you will like it but cant say too much. just keep watching the hoster you will then find all the info in the thread and on the page once its launched

    I'm sure free users aren't allowed to download files>1GB from Hotfile, and FileServe

    And you're wrong.. free users can download up to 2 gb in fileserve and hotfile...
    By free user you can only upload until 1 gb in fileserve, but download for both is 2 gb the limit
