What kind of website should I start ? Blogger ? Wordpress ?

What should I think about ? What should I be aware of ?

You shouldve thought about it before becoming an webmatser. And i would suggest you start of with a personal blog , then think of ideas which you can implement to it .

I should go for wordpress.com.. when you learn most of the things.. buy host go to wordpress.org download the script then install it to your server..

but I suggest practice first at wordpress.com

I couldn't agree with this statement more. Although if you are truly interested the ideas of starting with the simplicity of Wordpress is never a bad idea.

Also, if you're interested in more of a challenge I'd look into Moveable Type to brush up on site coding, skinning it yourself makes you feel pretty good.

If you have enough budget, go for wordpress and get hosting.

Buy some cheap shared hosting for start to learn how to move around.
