It could be good if you were to remove all the ads and get a good domain. Nobody will take the .info seriously. You have no traffic so why have ads?

Since you are hosted at "The Planet", which is in the US, i would strongly recommend you add the linkback for the "CF Image Hosting" script to avoid getting in trouble..

You're going to need at least 1 vps. Even if you only have 10,000 visitors to your site/day imagine how many people are not clicking on the images. Just loading your images on forums and stuff. Tons and tons of connections at once.

The script you are currently using is one of my least favorite.

As for the server part, i was involved in an imagehosting site once. It was quite popular since it was the only that was in my country's language.

Not a VPS but multiple dedicated servers! ATAPI drives didn't do the trick, because of the low RPM. You will need drives with high RPM, like 15000rpm, which are quite more expensive. Just to demonstrate, an 80GB SATA drive is about the same money as a 20GB 15k RPM drive.

Hosting images (successfully) requires a lot of server power.
We stopped at 4 servers (quad core, 8GB RAM)

Conclusion.. Don't start something like this unless you have a good budget. Monetizing is not easy.
