Since you guys seem to be having issues, here's how the system works:

Files between 1mb and 100mb qualify for reward points.
You don't have to be a premium member to earn points.

If you're a free member, you can use these points to convert to premium. But if you want to cash out the dollars in exchange for the points, you need to actually have purchased the premium account via paypal/cc at least once. Only then do you qualify for the cash rewards, otherwise you only qualify for premium upgrade.
