im working on tutorials and making apps, c++ and vb.net

Hmm, a lot of people are in need of simple applications for Windows OS's, such as account creators for some sites with proxy support, etc. Or account availability checkers for: GMail,Hotmail,Facebook,Twitter .. and bunch of other sites. That stuff is easily advertised, everyone wants to know is his username available on some sites, or he wants to use automatic account creator with random password generator..

You can communicate and help users on popular tech. forums, if you are helpful, people will go to your site. Also you can create useful articles at your site and leave links to these articles again at forums for example. These articles can explain some common programming questions/cases.
