Wordpress Dashboard Loading Slow

The home page of my site loads fast, but when i open my admin dashboard, it loads extremely slow! i tried disabling all the plugins but that doesn't fix the problem

BTW, it loads okay in firefox when i disable adblock, but i don't have any extensions installed in opera

Yes it is... i have upgraded it before, but i only experienced this problem now.

I am also experiencing a slow wp-admin, I have tried everything to eleimnate this problem but nothing seems to work
