Lots of user wants fileserve DMCA problem but I think fileserve did not want to fix this issue. I am seeing last 5 month in fileserve official thread that uploaders wants fixing of DMCA.

Last Day from my account 50 files gets deleted but I don't know which files deleted because I think all these files are uploaded before one month so that In DMCA all deleted files not show

DMCA is the law. Deal with it. Don't upload illegal files and they won't get removed...
or use .eu based hosts - .eu doesnt have to listen to DMCA but they choose to but slowly to keep peace and keep corporate americans are bay
