This host has good prices, but if you need tech support, look elsewhere. Getting an answer is next to impossible. Servers are fast though. Over the past few days I've tried email, live chat (which I was blown off and have not seen online since), and a couple of couple tickets. All unanswered (one ticket was set to high). Lucky for me it is a small site that I don't really care much for.

The issue was caused at datacenter end . it was 1st downtime in 3months from the datacenter because of loose power cable.

Everything is back to normal.

At the OFFER . We had to continue it till 10th FEB 2011 due to many requests from the users mentioning of transferring their website to our services .
