Which Ads COmpany Pays Via Paypal , Is Fast AND Is NOT FAKE

i don't know i am going to be banned or not , but i am asking a question to all of you , do you know any Advertising Company who pays via paypal and is good meaning REALLY PAYS and not FAKE....

if you use any one them please then say only

i am using blacklabel

The main disadvantages of blacklabel being : -

1. They send the money whenever they feel like ( i have no option when to send it )
2. they pay via check and the send after 3 months
so what i earn in Jan i get it in April
and after than it takes 1 more month to reach and again it takes 2 weeks to encash in the Bank
3. Encash takes abt 4 - 5$ ( meaning if i earned say 20$ i get 15$ only
4. The time span is huge and it costs too much for me

Do you know any site which can help me regarding to eradicade this probs
really my site is running in donations where i have ads , but sadly i can't get the money my Feb's amt is still pending
what can i do i don't know

please ( pays via paypal , IS GOOD ( i have been in fakes history i got their ads listed and then they did not pay me , i got $14.56 from them , No payment was made till now ) and is Fast ( 3 + 1 months waiting is really sad )
