Plus if we can advertise every few days do we have to continue to use the same thread or can we open a new thread everytime we have a new deal.

Or is posting under the original thread the best way and then just reporting that thread with a new title to have it changed?

I'm just trying to understand the rules as I have read them numerous times and well I have to agree with some others and say they are clearly complicated as in my own case it seems no matter what I do to attempt to correct the situation I can not do it right.. Its quite frustrating. These are the only forums I have these problems on.
