Wordpress 3.1 Missing Admin Bar Fix

Have you just upgraded your wordpress blog to 3.1 and now you are missing the admin bar at the top of your blog while logged in? I will provide a simple fix for this, I have tested and it was my issue.

Open footer and make sure the last three lines are as follows.

<?php wp_footer(); ?>     
</body>
</html>
