i want these changes can you help me

For this i want to change the color for "forum rules and donate" buton

For this i want to remove this box completely not only text but the whole box..
and also if i can remove only welcome to downloadsmasti tht box only and keep the remaning box

i want time also in glowing color same as like vbulletin color

i want to change the postion of chat box and paypal donate places
i want paypal donate on the top and below tht i want chatbox
i want them vice versa

I think the Forum Rules one and the Donate one can be changed within the ACP, they are hacks if I am not mistaken which are installed so you can just change them within your vBulletin settings. I think it's under Cyb - Advanced Forum Rules if I remember right (this is for the fourm rules only), the Donate one I am not sure but probably in the settings for the donation hack though no idea on what it is called you should also be able to change the position of it here to.

Yes if you look in the settings for the hacks there is the options to change the colour.

Not a problem remember to read the installation instructions that you get with the hacks you install it will tell you where you can edit your options for them and give you any other information that is needed
