Yep. What I meant was that US, UK VPS are based on vePortal. Germany and Netherlands are SolusVM.

Ok my review:

Been with this host for last week:
I have a windows VPS 2008 with them, fast setup (within 12 hours), great support staff - Milli Raba.
Just purchased a upgrade of RAM to 1GB. After invoice payed, quick upgrade time.

The only thing i dont like:
I have spoke to some of there other Live Chat operators when milli (co-owner) is not online, and they really dont know anything. They just say to submit a ticket.
