    Default cannot send cc payment to another indian paypal user

    Hey, I have heard that one Indian can't use credit card attached to paypal to send money to other Indian user's paypal.

    Is that true ?

    Yeah thats true...u cant make a personal payment...u can though send the payment as goods/services
