How to work out hotfile plugin?

Hello,
Recently I have downloaded a RL plugin(download upload plugin v3.35) which helps to download/upload from ban hotfile server. But When I am trying to auto transload then I am getting the following error:

the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator.


I have downloaded ioncube_loaders_setup.exe file and installed it to my rapidleech hosts/download directory....

I have also restart my xampp as I am working to my local pc... but still getting this error.

Please help me to fix it.

I have tried the installation process....Test00, But don't get anything good. Please if anyone knows how to install ioncube in windows and works with php.ini file then reply here.....
