Just don't have a section where people post their hacks and you are fine.

A person I knew had this one site with all his exploits, docs, etc on his site and then to show off his hacks, he used this website: http://www.zone-h.org

It can filter defaces by hacker name..

For instance, this is his: http://www.zone-h.org/archive/defacer=Cwings

its the same when your making a warez site.. do you follow rules/guildlines? definitely not.. so make it how you want.
