It will be forum permissions under if they should be sent to the moderation queue, this is done via the AdminCP under Forum Manager.

I checked and the permissions are all about, no. So why, sometimes the thread should be moderate, sometimes not? is a bug in vbulletin?

there is no bug..which v bulletin are you using?

you must be using a plugin for vbulletin

Most likelythe "Stop Forum Spam" , you can disable the moderate post options

i use plug in for firefox stop ad now i disintalled.....

He means a hack for you forum which is installed directly in to the forum and not your browser.

Have you checked that all user groups which have board access are not restricted under the settings I mentioned?
