for a hosting domain i have to put it all together and sell it

theme can be a free theme but will need it re-coded to my needs
this is what id prefer over a expensive custom theme

or it can be a custom theme again coded to my needs but cant cost to much

but im sure for 1 page coded custom like 15-25$ if its to my liking
