From the message it seems they want you to remove the whole section, (and if you remove it they will want you to remove more sections) or ask you to shutdown, so you either need to shutdown or move from luxumberg, If you havent got one already you will also get a pdf like this soon.

yep just checked your sites ip, i just guessed you where in luxumberg/Belgium/related country becuase those are the once baf claim juristiction, if you are not in baf territory, like the ip of your site suggests then you do not need to remove the section, if you are happy to remove things ask him to file correct dmca notices in respect to actual posts, with premission from the copyright holder.

Just change the url of http://www.studentsharez.com/forum-97.html and the few threads they linked you to, or just ignore the notice. And as delboy points out, the format of the DMCA complaint is incorrect.

I moved you Ukraine, no more problems if you need shared hosting account on my server... OR me to refer you to the server provider so you can buy a dedi, just PM me and I'll tell you more

Thing is, anti-privacy.nl wants the whole website shutdown, not just a section ^.^

I have just remove them and send them message telling them that i have removed them.
Next day they have sent me message saying something like: Thank you for removing them.
That is all.

you do know when you email them they get your ip trace anyone else will move provider
