Help me about Networking?

I just opened a small internet cafe and I need some help with networking, here's the scenario:

I have 2 servers and 12clients, I want all clients to be able to connect to SERVER 2 for accessing Internet and file sharing,and SERVER 1 for file-sharing only, and i have 2 internet connection, but I want to limit the other internet access on SERVER 1 for myself only, how can I do that ?

Windows servers i suppose? The first server will act as gateway/firewall, so this server should run the DHCP server, and should be the default gateway. Till so far I can help you, g2g

Seems the easiest way would be to connect one connection directly to your server 1 machine. Hook server 1 to router and second internet connection to router. Hook server 2 to router. Set up network with file sharing only. This way the 1 clients can access internet & files through router and only you can access the other internet as you have it cabled to the server not the router. But you can access the other internet and all files through the router also. They can access your shared files only through the router when you setup the network on that server.
