then u should kno to install a blog / forum
get a good catchy skin and ur good to go

Given your lack of knowledge I would advise you not to even try a warez site.

Join an existing site and learn from the staff there, work up to staff yourself and then try your own site.

You need hosting and a domain to even start off then you would need to decide whether you wanted to run a community or a blog
If it was a community then you would need to decide if you were going to use VB, IPB, PHPBB etc
If it was a blog then i would reccomend Wordpress
Then the themes & customising it to make it personal to you
Keeping the forum updated also whih would most likely need rleech, sborg or rdp or some sort of uploading help

I suggest getting a hold of rleech or sborg and asking around a few forums to see if you can be uploader just to start off that way you can learn stuff along the way

Ya usually I'd be very supportive of such a question but their are so many Warez Sites now and your so inexperienced that you wouldn't stand a chance.

There are lots of existing sites looking for staff in the community area. It's a really good idea to become staff on a site for a few weeks first and get to know how things work. While your staff just keep asking the owner questions and you'll pick up a lot of useful information really quickly which will help you when you go to start your own site.

First of all, do you plan to host it or just link it? Link it ,right? Then find a host that supports warez-linking and start your site!
