    Default vBSEO Removes my code?

    Well I have this banner code in JavaScript in my header so that a randomized set of "sponsored" images display, but something in vBSEO is not allowing the JavaScript / code to display. When I disable vBSEO it works fine, but I need vBSEO installed for search engines, any ideas how to fix?
